"Ungurmuiža" is a harmonious ensemble of wooden buildings of the 18th century, surrounded by giant oaks, it occupies an important place among the heritage of Latvian cultural monuments. It was built in 1732 by Baron von Kampenhausen as his family's house, and currently it is the only Baroque wooden building in Latvia.
