Cottage holiday with a hot tub, 110 km from Helsinki. Kivikoski rental cottage is a picturesque holiday destination for rent, built from silver pine logs, for you and your family or group for meetings and recreation needs in Southern Finland, in Pyhtää, only about an hour’s drive from Helsinki.
The cottage is suitable for holidays both in summer and winter, and it offers comfortable surroundings for a short break from everyday life, even at short notice.
A cozy riverside cottage in a field landscape, about one kilometre from the church village of Pyhtää.
Holiday cottage for year-round use:
Kivikoski cottage is a fully equipped holiday home suitable for year-round use, located right on the riverbank on a lawn plot surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The rental cottage has spacious terraces, with sun loungers, a grill, and the possibility of outdoor dining in summer.
On the riverbank there is a swimming pier and a small sandy wading cove for the youngest members of the family. At the edge of the forest there is a small semi-open silver pine log gazebo and a campfire site.
Cottage accommodation for 8 in two separate buildings:
The Kivikoski holiday destination consists of two separate buildings, the main building and a small cottage, accommodating a total of 8 people.
Both cottages have a bedroom and a toilet. There are 5 beds in total, in addition to which the main cottage has two small sleeping lofts and a sofa. The main cottage also has a homely living area with a sofa and an extendable dining table for up to 8 people.
The main cottage also has a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a sauna, and a toilet. The Kivikoski main building is approximately 65 m2 in size. All beds have duvets and pillows.
Bed linen can be rented separately. On the storage loft above the sauna there are spare mattresses, and if needed the cottage can accommodate a few extra people. If you would like to accommodate more than 8 people at the cottage, please contact our customer service.
The small cottage has a bedroom for three:
In addition to the main building, there is a separate small cottage in the yard area, also suitable for winter use, approximately 16 m2 in size. The small cottage is a silver pine log cottage with beds for three and its own toilet.
Two of the beds are placed next to each other and have a large double-bed mattress topper. The cottage has electric heating.
The main cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area:
The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, and kettle. Also a toaster and a hand mixer. Tableware and cutlery are available for about 10 people. Dishwashing liquids, rubbish bags, and paper towels are included in the rent. The kitchen also often has salt and pepper, coffee, and filter papers available.
Kivikoski rental cottage has a wood-heated hot tub:
Kivikoski rental cottage has a wood-heated hot tub for about 6 people. The hot tub offers a great opportunity to bathe outdoors all year round. You can relax in warm water and enjoy yourself regardless of the weather. The hot tub is located on the sauna terrace, built into the terrace. In addition to the hot tub, the sauna terrace has a seating group for four.

Important:
The offer is not valid on public holidays or during the period from June to August. The offer is valid on weekdays, Sunday to Thursday.
Bed linen is not included in the cottage rental prices. If you wish, you can reserve towels and sheets for your use at the cottage.
For weekly bookings, the rental cottage is usually available to the tenant from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
The customer is responsible for cleaning the cottage during the holiday and at the end of it, unless otherwise agreed and charged in connection with the order. If, at the end of the booking, cleaning has not been carried out carefully and the landlord has to take care of it before the next customer arrives, the landlord has the right to charge a cleaning fee of at least 75 euros.
Cancellations must always be made in writing. If the cancellation takes place less than 2 months before the start of the booking, the full booking amount will be charged.
If the cancellation takes place earlier than 2 months, the price of the first night will be charged. Payments will not be refunded. In the event of force majeure, the landlord may cancel the booking. In this case, the customer has the right to receive the full amount paid back. If the booking has to be interrupted due to disruptive behaviour, payments will not be refunded.
