Important:
The gift card can be used throughout the year, on all days of the week, except December 31. You can cancel the reservation 2 days before the reserved time. To use the SPA complex, you must bring a swimsuit or swimming trunks. Guests are responsible for their own safety in the recreation complex (swimming ability in the pool, length of stay in the sauna). Additional person or service charges can be found during registration.

Manuprāt, personāls ir labi apmācīts un labi darbojas "ikdienas" apstākļos, tomēr kad es tur biju - zāle blīvi pilna ar cilvēkiem - oficianti ar visiem galā tika vāji... Bet ēdiens kvalitatīvs, nekādu kļūdu ar apmaksu vai pasūtītā saņemšanu nebija.

I V2023-12-04Viesnīcu apmeklējām ar dāvanu karti, kurā bija iekļauts SPA zonas individuālais apmeklējums. Iepriekš ar viesnīcu bija saskaņoti laiki apmeklējumam. Diemžēl SPA zonā pirtis nebija pieejamas, varējām tikai iegremdēties nedaudz vēsā ūdenī.

Lai gan mēbeles izskatās ok, tomēr, gulta čīkst un matrači "noguruši". Lux istaba bija tīra, bet sagatavota pasen. Stūrī bija zirnekļu tīkls ar zirnekli. Dušas telpa - slikti!(detaļas negribās pieminēt). Vakariņas pasniedza numurā - garšīgi, skaisti noformēts un atbilstošos traukos, utt. Toties brokastis bija kā auksta duša - ne sagaidīšana, ne apkalpošana, ne ēdienu kvalitāte. Amistratorei - 10( pieklājīga, laipna, izpalīdzīga, utt), pārējais personāls - 3 (uzvedība kā kolhoza ēdnīcā) Vārdu sakot, viesnīcas vadītājam ir ko padomāt. Viesnīca šobrīd noteikti neatbilst 4 zvaigznēm. Es dotu 2 - 2,5. Bet ir potenciāls, vajag tikai sakārtot lietas.
