Skydiving Course - BASIC course package (NOVA)
Freefall jumps (NOVA jumps) are made from an altitude of 4,000 meters, giving you freefall for about half a minute to just under a minute. The speed in freefall accelerates to nearly 200 km/h! The parachute is opened at an altitude of just over one kilometer, after which enjoying the scenery while gliding under canopy lasts about 5 minutes.
The organizer of the skydiving course freefall (NOVA course) is a skydiving training organization approved by the Finnish Aeronautical Association (SIL). After your first jump, you have the opportunity to continue skydiving and make it a hobby for yourself!
The price of the NOVA course includes one jump, the right to use jump equipment (until you become an independent jumper), and membership in the training parachute club for the rest of the year.
Before the jump, the jumper provides a declaration of their health status via a questionnaire and, if necessary, presents a medical certificate. Ordinary leisure insurance policies usually do not cover so-called high-speed sports, so it is worth ensuring your own insurance coverage. All course participants are required to be members of the Finnish Aeronautical Association. The SIL membership card, or a receipt for the paid membership fee, must be presented to the instructor on the first day of the course. Important:
Participants in the skydiving course must be at least 15 years old.
For those under 18, the consent of a guardian/legal representative is required.
The maximum weight for participating in a parachute jump is 100 kg.
A person performing a parachute jump must not be under the influence of alcohol.
