Saaremaa Veski was built in 1899 and has been operating as a restaurant since 1974. We are the most legendary and still the most popular restaurant to visit in Saaremaa. You can have a dining experience in an authentic historical flour mill. We offer an island experience through our meals, drinks and interior! We make our own drinks and beer. The mill has 5 floors to explore. In summer we have a wonderful garden, terrace and balcony to enjoy. A large playhouse in the garden open to children. Dominika Nosková2023-08-29We had a wonderful dinner here. The restaurant is beautiful, both inside and outside. The fireplace made the atmosphere very cozy. Food was fantastic. The snack platter for 2 would definitely feed 4 as a starter. Loved the smoked trout and pickled veggies. Fish soup was very hearty and served very hot. It comes with bread so I think it would be good for a main meal. Also very pretty food presentation. Don’t order the birch wine - I was curious what it was and regretted ordering it. Too sweet with a bas smell. Great service. Very recommended.

Alice Colby2023-07-09Atmosphere and service there was incredibly pleasant. There are different rooms where you can sit, which give slightly different vibe. They put a lot of effort to details. Food is fine, drinks are incredible. Especially enjoyed juniper-apple not-alcoholic cocktail. I would go there again.
