Maloniai buvome sutikti, puikiai bendravome su administratore, pilnai buvome informuoti apie mums priklausančias paslaugas. Skaniai pavakarieniavome. Lankstus laikas mini SPA lankymui. Pusryčiai "švediškas stalas" geri. Buvome aprūpinti maisteliu gyvūnėlių lankymui... Tiesiog ramiai, maloniai pailsėjome... Ačiū.

Taip ilgai laukta viešnagė labai nuliūdino. Administratorės bendravimas nemalonus, kambaryje pelėsis vonioje. Paslauga pirkta su spa. Tačiau nebuvo chalatų, sulaukėm pasiūlymo eiti užsimetus rankšluostį arba mokėti 10eurų už chalato nuomą. Tačiau atėjus į spa zoną buvo dar prasčiau. Nešvara, chloro kvapas jaučiasi net koridoriuje, sauna 70 laipsnių. Nerekomenduojame. Tikrai neverta nei laiko nei pinigų.

Graži vieta, tačiau tikrai neverta pinigų ir laiko. Kambarys apleistas, pelėsis vonioje. Paslauga su spa, bet kambaryje nebuvo chalatų. Tačiau atėjus į Spa zoną įspūdis dar prastesnis. Netvarkinga, chloras graužia akis. Dušas su pelėsiu. Maistas buvo skanus, bet personalo aptarnavimas nemalonus.

Eilinį kartą surengėme šeimos turą po Lietuvą, šįkart į jį įtraukėme ir Bistrampolio dvarą. Mus sužavėjo gamta, pastatų architektūra, žirgynas ir mini zoo parkas. Tačiau personalui tikrai yra kur tobulėti. Esame paprasti, neturime kažkokių kosminių poreikių, tačiau nesijaučiam svetingai priimti. Bendravimas grubus, dvaro viešbutis nėra draugiškas šeimoms su mažais vaikais - už lovelę, morkytes gyvūnams taikomi papildomi mokesčiai. Labiausiai nustebino, kad ir už švediško stalo pusryčius mes turėjome papildomai mokėti 20 eurų už dviejų metų neturintį vaiką (kuris praktiškai nieko nevalgo, nes šiuo metu turi valgymo sutrikimą). Sumokėję tokią sumą už vaiką tikėjomės, kad pusryčiai turėtų mus kažkuo nustebinti, supratome taip, kad tai bus prabangiai patiekti pusryčiai. Deja teko nusivilti - tai buvo paprastas švediškas stalas su vakar keptais blynais. Na mus tai tikrai nemaloniai nustebino. Dažnai tenka keliauti, iki šiol nebuvome susidūrę su tokiais papildomais mokesčiais, net skrydis lėktuvu ir tas vaikui iki 2 metų nieko nekainuoja.
