Gavome kuponą dovanų, rezervavau plaukimą, tačiau kai įvyko bėda kapitonas atsisakė perkelti plaukimą ir anuliavo kuponą (plaukimo dienos rytą sužinojau, jog negalėsime dalyvauti ir paskambinau, jog pranešti, kad neatvyksime. Kapitonas piktai atrėžė, kad perkelti yra nebeįmanoma, ir anuliavo). Suprantu, kad yra laiko trukdymas, bet reikia atsižvelgti ir į žmoniškąjį faktorių.
