This full-day tour offers you the opportunity to get to know the local fauna, as you visit two destinations: one of Rovaniemi's most authentic reindeer farms and the famous Ranua Wildlife Park. Together, these two give you the perfect opportunity to see and learn about Arctic animals.
During the reindeer farm visit, you will learn about reindeer from the herders. They will show you around a traditional farm, and since it is the first visit of the day, you will have the opportunity to feed the reindeer their favorite food, lichen, which is like chocolate to them! At the end of the visit, we will spend time by the campfire with the herder, who will answer all your questions and share his knowledge with you.
After this wonderful time with the reindeer, your guide will take you through the Lapland wilderness to Ranua Wildlife Park, where you will enjoy a nice buffet lunch at a restaurant before exploring the park.
